One of the five challenge questions that you answered when you enrolled in the enhanced security will appear. You must type in the answer exactly the same way as when you enrolled.

Verify that the security key is the one you created. If it is correct, type your password for Internet Banking in the box below. If you are on your home computer, click on the "Remember this Computer" option.

PASSWORD
The password is the same one that you have been using for your Internet Banking. If you forget your password, please contact us. We will reset your account and give you a default password for accessing your information.
 
REMEMBER THIS COMPUTER
If you are on your personal computer, you can choose the option to "Remember this Computer." By choosing this option, you will not have to answer a challenge question each time you log in for 30 days.
